Summary 0000898: {LANG_TITLE_DESC} missing
Description {LANG_TITLE_DESC} ((Mr/Mrs/Miss)) should be available on profile.tpl and in the delivery address section of cart.tpl.
It does appear on reg.tpl but not on the others, common sense suggests it should!
